Overview

Bulldogjob required a redesign to improve candidate engagement and strengthen its content discovery experience. I was responsible for defining UX direction and developing a new product vision aligned with user needs and business goals.

Process

I conducted usability research and analyzed platform data to identify engagement barriers and content navigation issues. Based on insights, I redesigned homepage structure, candidate profile value proposition, and article filtering mechanisms. I developed a complete UX and visual concept supporting improved clarity and user engagement across the platform.
