I conducted usability research and analyzed platform data to identify engagement barriers and content navigation issues. Based on insights, I redesigned homepage structure, candidate profile value proposition, and article filtering mechanisms. I developed a complete UX and visual concept supporting improved clarity and user engagement across the platform.
