Overview
I redesigned the Quick Book module used across multiple cinema chains in Europe and the UK. The goal was to simplify ticket booking, improve information clarity, and align the module with a newly introduced platform design.
Process
I analyzed booking workflows and identified usability problems related to information hierarchy and navigation. I developed a new booking interaction concept and validated it through usability testing. After stakeholder approval, I delivered final UI designs and supported analytics integration, enabling continuous optimization based on real usage data. The redesign improved booking clarity and overall user experience.
