Overview
I defined a new UX vision for a large educational platform focused on adult learners. The project involved redesigning user journeys, restructuring information architecture, and creating high-fidelity UX/UI concepts across desktop and mobile experiences.
Process
I worked closely with the business owner to align user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. I redesigned navigation and content structure around distinct user groups and created decision-support flows helping users discover and select educational paths. The final concept delivered a scalable experience framework supporting further product development and improved clarity of course discovery.
