Overview
I led the UX strategy and design for Motorola’s enterprise Subscription Management Experience, supporting complex subscription lifecycle workflows across platforms such as Salesforce and Oracle. The project focused on improving usability, scalability, and consistency across the ecosystem while supporting long-term product growth.
Process
I analyzed subscription lifecycle workflows and conducted stakeholder workshops to identify usability gaps and system inconsistencies. I redesigned core interaction patterns and contributed to expanding the Motorola Design System to ensure scalable and reusable UI standards. I worked closely with global product, business, and engineering teams, introducing AI-supported design workflows to improve delivery efficiency. The work resulted in improved clarity of complex subscription processes and stronger design consistency across enterprise platforms.
