I designed a preclinical oncology research platform from the ground up within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The goal was to replace fragmented, manual laboratory workflows with a structured digital system supporting mission-critical research processes. Working closely with product stakeholders, researchers, and engineering teams, I translated business requirements and user testing insights into a coherent product foundation. The platform streamlined complex research workflows while meeting strict regulatory and operational constraints.
